    Join our Community in bringing in the Holiday Season as we do each year with our Annual Light Up Hartsgrove on Saturday, November 27th beginning at 5:30 PM in the circle.

    During the months of March, April and May, October and November between the hours of 6:00am and 6:00pm, there is a Burn Ban in effect per ORC 1503.18.  We appreciate your help in keeping Our community safe and welcome any questions or concerns that you may have regarding this ordinance.

    Hartsgrove Township was settled in 1822. It was named for Richard Wm. Hart, an early settler in the area and native of Connecticut. With a community of approx. 25 square miles and 1,500 residents, we are located in rural Ashtabula county. Stop by and visit.
